Nice one Brillo,

Looks well, I am sure you will enjoy it like the other guys do.

Can't wait for JD to finish his magic on mine.

Hi Guys,

Hopefully JD should be back onto mine now Brillo's is complete and with seeing so many red versions I am now contemplating a different colour.

The colour I am considering is, Ferrari Blu Abu Dhabi and was then thinking of carbon fibre (hydro graphic) door mirrors etc..

Any thoughts.

Cheers, Tone

Congrats Mick on the family addition.

Car is looking mint, how long do think it will take to sort the interior once you get it back?

Funny enough I was carrying out work at a garage today and there was a 11 plate range rover with the shell separated in the air. Mechanic said they are a nightmare to work on, bits are a fortune and often have to be ordered.

Many years ago a car sales guy pointed out to me when I was looking to buy a Toyota Supra was, if the car originally cost £50k then £50k bits fit on to it.

Hi Brillo,

I only spoke to JD last week about getting rid of mine. They have been in storage for a while but from what I can remember they are black leather. I will check as soon as I can but at the moment, work is nuts and I am not getting in until around 9.00pm.

Hey dman, I can tell this is going to be another fine example just from this build diary.

Great road trip diary, looks like the lads over here were willing to offer some good old English hospitality (plenty of beer). I have relatives who own Ned Kelly's in Den Haag so I know what all night drinking can be like over there.

Looking forward to more of your build updates.

Well I have just got in from work after a 13hr hard slog and thought I will have a quick browse on Tinternet.

Wow, if there is ever a good little pick me up, then a nice progress report does the trick.

JD, it looks you must have had a good holiday and came back firing on all cylinders. The big question is, are those phat wheels going to fit and if they do, will I only be able to drive in straight lines?   Lol

Nice work and cheers for the update.
