1  Extreme Kits / Extreme 360 / Re: Power Steering fluid? on: September 16, 2018, 09:04:49 AM
Thanks for the replies that's very helpful.
On my car the other 2 reservoirs you can see next to the power steering one arrowed, the brake and coolant are located now on the other side near where the battery once was but I can reach them with no problem. I'm surprised they left the brake and coolant in a place where you can easily top them up but buried the power steering one under the wing.
Thanks once again, I'll check the belt as well. Smiley

2  Extreme Kits / Extreme 360 / Power Steering fluid? on: September 14, 2018, 03:31:50 PM
 Hi all.
Haven't been on here for ages or used my 360 due to Ill health. Only used it twice in a year since JD finished it. Went to use it the other day and the steering was making a weird noise and was was very stiff, could hardly turn the wheel. Bought some steering fluid but can't find where the reservoir is located. The Coolant and brake fluid reservoirs are there but can't find the power steering reservoir. I know it's common to move things around when building these kits because of the Extreme front wings are wider than the Peugeot but still can't find it. Does anyone know where it might be located, has anyone experienced this before.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Regards.
Brillo.

Cheers Mick.
Not sure about Stoneleigh this year I'm still having a lot of tests done on my heart, so if they all go well, I'd love to be there.

Definitely worth doing if your clever enough.
I haven't been able to enjoy mine since picking it up from JD. I've been very Ill now for a long time so can't wait to get better and enjoy her.
Everyone's cars are looking great by the way. Smiley

I have 20 inch alloys on mine. They do rub a bit but only when reversing.

Looking great JD/Simon.
Love the vents JD very clever.
Doubt if ever I'd do it or be able to but I was just wondering what filler you use around the vents. I presume It's fairly flexible and spongy because the dash is soft isn't it.
Cheers in advance and loving the updates. Smiley

Good luck JD to you and Di, you deserve It.
Thanks for all the work you did on my car.
Haven't been able to really enjoy my car as I've been quite Ill now for over 2 Months, having a few tests done at the moment.
We'll keep in touch as soon as I'm back to my old self.
Cheers.

Hey Mick thanks for the photos of the callipers.
That is one sturdy set up you have there, that's not going to come off in a hurry.
What will happen at your next mot. Will you leave this set up in place and if you do dismantle it, isn't the examiner not going to wonder what the strange new welded brackets are for
Just wondering.
Cheers.

Thanks for all the replies.
Yes my face was aching a bit on the way home with all the grinning and I got the usual slowing down of vehicles to have a good look and at least 3 photos of the car were taken by passengers going by.
You really do have to get used to lots of attention.
I live in Torbay in Devon by the way Simon.
Thanks everyone. Smiley

Had a fantastic Weekend we were made very welcome and the car looks stunning.
There are no more water leaks, no carbon monoxide poisining and I can actually see in the dark now with the new lights.
It also goes like the clappers.
The country roads in Devon aren't going to know what hit them.
I owe JD big style. He is an artist. Smiley

Well the time has come this Weekend to pick my car up from JD.
Can't wait to see her, JD and Di. It's been a long time.
I will have the biggest grin on my face driving back to Devon. Cheesy
