Great work on those engine pieces, if you decide to make an extra set I would take one  Grin

Your interior is coming together very nice and now that you have permission to work on it as much as you like it should get done quickly.

Oh yeah!   Wink

I myself have decided against this spoiler as Cerberus is based on the 1st generation 2001 model.
So it won't look right.
Abit like fitting a cosworth spoiler to a mini. Undecided
His on the other hand is a LP640 which is a much later model with facelifts so the spoiler is correct fitmemt.
Looks good tho.
Oh just a pointer.
Those black rear lights. There now illegal and are a nick with 3 points. It will also fail mot because of them.

I think your car would still look awesome with the spoiler on there, no matter what rear bumper you have.

Thanks for the heads up on the lights but I'm in Mexico so I really don't have to worry about the MOT luckily jajaja Grin

Very nice  Tongue
Did you cut the holes in the uprights for the exhaust lid to still operate

Thank you!

I actually drew up the uprights in AutoCAD and then a friend of mine machined them out of aluminum, they were drawn with the space for the spoiler to operate.

Here is how I am doing mine.  The uprights have a space in them so the spoiler from the exhaust lid is still able to go up and down as designed.

Absolutely beautiful work you have done, your car is well on it's way to being finished soon  Cool.  I can't wait to be where you are with your build, hopefully soon.

No probs Tony, thanks again bud.

Well I managed to get a bit done today. Fitted one window now with the weather strip fitted, also got the mirror wiring completed. Just need a bit of tweaking but I'm more than happy with the results. :-).

More to come...

Top job on the whole car Steve and that certainly is a beautiful Volvo you just got.

I've read through you whole thread a couple times now over time and I was wondering if you can tell me what seal will you be using at the top of the door for the window?  Also is the aluminum you are using for the door glass molding a flat piece or is it in an "L" shape?
