Sill plates and clock backgrounds ?
« on: June 18, 2008, 09:44:23 AM »
Just wondering if anyone would be interested in some sill plates with ferrari acid etched into it and some nice replica ferrari clock backgrounds doing ? They work out about £40 for the sill plates and £60 for the clocks. The sill plates include doublesided tape to stick them down as well so its only a 5 mins job to fit them.

The clocks can be yellow / black and have the ferrari tramlines etc. I can also re calibrate the facia if needed because of the increase in wheel size (is that needed ?)

The minimum order is 20 sets but if we can get 10 or so people interested then I can keep the others in stock.

What I would need is a set of clocks from a 406 to copy from, but the person who lends me there clocks would get the background for £30 as a thankyou. I do have some sill plates already made for my dna car which might fit in which case I can get them in sets of 10 now so thats better.

Are any 360 owners going to be at newark so I could maybe place a set of sill plates on there car to see if the look good ? If not I will be over at extreme in a couple of weeks so will take a set down then and grab a picture.

Anyway let me know.. :-)

Steve

also would it be possible to take some pics for me of the rear tailgate inside. I need the detail of the steel that holds the rubber seal on and also the top hinges. Tell Ash its for Nigel. He'll know who I am. Thanks if you can do this for me.

I am really interested in the clock covers - have looked on so many sites to try and find these but I imagine now standard kits are out of production. Would really like them colourful rather than just white - have you any left or do you get a batch made?

I think these are for the MR2 with CDR and would not match the 406

Probably, I resized image and printed it out for a laugh and it looks good. If I get the right paper I might use it or make one in photoshop.

I did give extreme a set of the sills, maybe he could get a picture of a one placed on the 360 to give you an idea.
