Ferrari 360 JD Build diary
« on: May 27, 2011, 08:52:40 AM »
Hi Guys.
New to the forum, I have been watching this forum for the past few months. I decided to buy an Xtreme 360 kit, ordered and collected the kit a few months ago.
I have been extremely busy at work, however I made a start.
I bought the Peugeot and have already completed all the welding and I am currently doing a dry fit on the panels.
Hopefully this build will be interesting to you all as it will be a bit different. We build spaceframe chassis's and race cars for a living as well as running a full body shop. Therefore we are putting the engine in the rear, we will be designing and building a full rear spaceframe for this. The car will also run wishbone suspension all round.

Pictures will follow.

P.S judging from some of the points raised on the forum I may need some advice along the way

Many Thanks.

Hi All.

Had a great long weekend on the car. Got all the panels dry fitted, gaps are great. Well pleased with the panel fit, praise to extreme for such good panels.
Finished the door handles and bonded on the passenger side door.

Cant figure out how to put pictures on, please help.

Good to hear you are progressing!

The best way to upload pics is to sign up for a photobucket or webshots or similar account. They allow you to add photos then you can link to the photos on here and the size doesnt matter.

Cheers
Andy
