New member looking for Extreme 355

Just joined the forum as I've been thinking about buying a 355 for too long and it's time to stop messing about and buy one. 

If anyone knows of a well finished Extreme 355 for sale based on a HPI clear MR2, please give me a shout. Something similar to this would be ideal:

I'm based in a village between Banbury and Daventry and looking forward to getting involved with the club. Hopefully I'll have bought one by the Donington show in August.

What kind of budget do you have in mind ?

As i know someone selling a nice 355 with genuine ferrari seats if ur interested let me know and i'll give you his number

Off to see this one tomorrow. Any advice gratefully received about what to look for in general and this specific car. Should I be concerned about the cracks or is that to be expected on a kit fitted a few years ago?

That's not an Extreme, whoever is selling either doesn't know or is trying it on.

Thanks for the info AIG1355 - you've saved me a wasted journey and maybe a costly mistake.

What gives it away? Is it the depth of the panel in front of the headlights and the original side window glass? Any idea what kit this is?

Apparently the kit was fitted in 2000 if that helps.

Looks like a B.A.D Rev 1 kit I think.
