I got a complete audi window system laying in my garage... You can have it for free if u want mate...

Hi mickey , guys  here's a little update for this week , iv made a good start on the pasenger side windows , the door window is all lined up and bolted in place ,and iv made a start on the quarter window it's also all cut out and in place, iv finished the bottom rebate and put the first layer of fibreglass in place for the top rebate ,iv also cut and lined up the new roof trim and made a start on filling the gap to the roof ,here's a few pics ,Cheers jd

Hi guys the second pic above shows once the door window is in the correct position and the new inner top lip is welded in place with the rubber in place this is the gap you will hav before welding the new outer lip , the next pics show the new outer lip,welded in place  ,

Finally the last pics show with the new roof trim in place lined up with the Oem quarter glass , also you can see the reason to trim back the b pillar rather than hav a thick boarder on the glass , then the last pic is with the gap glassed up ready to start bodywork , cheers guys , ps hope this helps any one considering having a go fitting the Audi glass themselves jd

Hi mickey ,guys here's an update on the pasenger side windows , the b pillar is now all trimmed down strengthened and welded back up , the rebate for the quarter window is finished and it's looking pretty sweet , a good day on it tomorrow should see all the filler finished  ready for a coat of primer , here's a couple of pics cheers jd
