Oh ok Mick.
I have  the original one in mine at least I assume it is. It's like a black velour.

Had a good day on her today
Re-routed the fuel filler, originally I had it running under the car, but didn't think it safe

So today I cut a new hole in the inner wing ---- Photo 1

The top hole is where the pipe is attached to the filler

Then attached it to the stainless pipe I made up ---- Photo 2

I welded some pipe hangers to the floor to keep the pipe up safe from knocks and to also give it flow ---- Photo 3

Then through the floor and attached directly to the tank  ---- Photo 4

That's that sorted  ;)

Because it was a lovely cooler day today, I also made my engine side panels fit  ---- Photo 5

They can now be sent of for painting  ;D

Panels are now away for painting
But... my side airbag light has come back on again. I have now changed the resistors to 10ohms and it still wont go out  :(
New handbrake on and sorted
Just got to sort out the airbag light and plumb in some windscreen washer jets and it can then be MOT'd
Any ideas why my light is on
Cheers
Mick

Woot.. do you have a ODB reader you can plug in?  It will give you an idea which connection it might be, might help locate the problem.

Hi Steve
I do have an OBDII scanner but it is cheap and very basic, so doesn't throw up the problem I'm having
Might just buy this

Gave in and bought an iCarsoft i970 Car Diagnostic Scanner for Peugeot/Citroen
It says it can detect airbag problems and switch off the light when sorted
Will also tell me what ABS sensor has gone, as I have cleaned them all up and still shows ABS problem
Fingers crossed haha

My scanner came so I plugged it in and it came up with an open circuit on the Passenger and drivers seat
So I bought some 2.2 ohm resistors and did the resistor trick again. Now the light has gone
I think the two sizes I tried before (3.3 and then 10ohms) were too large for the system to see a resistance

My scanner also showed that my LH rear ABS sensor was knackered, so I have that on order
I ordered two plus 2 new rear hubs with reluctor rings, might as well sort it all out with new parts

Got my windscreen wipers fitted and working correcty. I originally turned the mechanism through 180 degrees. DON'T DO IT. It doesn't work properly
I had the passenger wiper out of sync with the drivers wiper. It didn't end well
So I took the motor back out and put the mechanism back to original, made some small adjustments up near the strut mount and hey presto working wipers

Fitted my windscreen washers and plumbed them in, another tick off the list

All I need to do now is the rear ABS stuff and then she can be MOT'd
