waiting for suspension parts so have been doing a bit here and there ,doors all functioning exhausts nearly done and playing with headlamps,
decided to paint car white not sure to go with white or black lamps any comments welcome

Hi Colin looking good mate ,my choice would Be black on the inside of the lights ,they look better black  just my opinion tho , cheers jd

Yes, black headlights on a white car. And if you have a strip then a black Scuderia style one, not the normal Stradale one
That's my opinion only though
Feel free to tell me what to do with haha

Nice job on the lights mate.
I think black headlights, black car, but that's just me mate.
How did you fit your headlights into position?

hi Alex sorry i did not reply have been away for two weeks,the headlamps are just sitting on bubble pack at the minuet so i am also interested to see
what others have done, i was thinking of bonding four  6 x 25 bolts to the wing and then clamp the lamp to the wing with four clamps and nylock nuts

hi Guys i have got the headlamps painted and assembled and also have half a plan on to fasten them to car but am i missing some parts ?
because i`am not sure how to seal the lamp around the bulb area i have asked kev and he is going to see if there is a backing piece just
wondering if you could help.

If you mean sealing the main beam and dipped beam, I have read somewhere that the rubber headlamp seals from a Nissan Micra are the same size

Hi Colin,

I have used the lids from the Hagen Daas Ice cream pots, with a little bit of tigerseal. I have used 20mm stuffing glands to bring the cables through  :)

Hi Colin ,yes I used bubble shape Nissan micra rubber covers for the lights they are a perfect fit I think they were about t reg. cars ,hope this helps jd
