Ride height?- can you help?
« on: July 29, 2015, 10:07:52 PM »
My 360 replica's roof line is about 2.5cm higher than a genuine F360. I've enough room in the wheel arches to lower it. Unfortunately, the guy I purchased the car from, had some of the work oursourced, and doesn't know if it has lower springs on the rear (I suspect it does). Has coilovers on the front, with a couple of inches left.

I can easily waste money buying lower 406 Coupe 3L rear springs only to find the height end up the same (that happened to me with my 355 rep  :-[). I've taken a pic of the offside rear suspension - the inboard part, and measured the ground clearance, 127mm)

Would any of you be kind enough to measure at the same place and tell me how much clearance you have (and if you have stock or lower ones, by Xmm?? )- THANKS

Thanks for you help!

wow, you guys did well, 9cm and 8cm clearance. You must have the correct roof height then. I just need to drop another 3 cm lower (giving a total of 70mm lowered rear end).

How can I get my hands on some of these Coil Springs Extreme used to sell?

Thanks
