I had a feeling it would be a bit of a rush to finish before he left but it will be definitely worth the wait.

I should be popping over when he gets back, so hopefully I will be able to sneak a peak before it's collected.

Hi Simon could I ask?  Is the steering wheel a gem 360 one? It looks great.  Could you tell me the make/model if it’s an aftermarket wheel please?  Thank you,  I’d have loved that airvent mod too but just my luck JD moving to France :(. I don’t know if I can bring myself to start grinding away at the dash more so having no bounding skills.

Thx again
Regards

Dave

Hi Dave no its not, but its the closest shape to the original that we could find. For the life of me I cant remember what car its from, but I do remember I got it off ebay so I will have a look for you. The dash looks awesome from the pics, again an ebay purchase, from a breaker in Germany about £150 for the 5 delivered! There are loads of original parts from all over the world, all from ebay so its worth keeping your eye out for them. I will look for the steering wheel and message again soon.

Hi Dave, it didn't take as long to find as I thought it would, the wheel is of an ALFA ROMEO GTV/SPIDER 916 although there are a couple of variants so make sure you get the right one.......heres a photo (hopefully!!)
