Well.. I've not done anything on the car this week.. been busy painting and building flat pack every night for my lads bedroom.

I did however pick up my engine centre bit. Really chuffed with the result.

Well.. bad news and good news..

Bad news is my cars had a bump!!  Good news is it wasn't my Lambo.. lol

So, I've not managed to do much the last couple of days, been busy with life!  But I did do a little more tonight and I'm pleased to say the other door card is coming on now :-)  I just need to make a couple of brackets and fettle it up a bit.  However, I'll need to revisit the drivers side as when I add the inner post cover it catches so I'll need to reshape it a little.

Some photos below... Hoping to have both doors completed be the end of this week.. Woot!

Yep best had JD. Thanks for the coffee today and the chat :-) down at 360 central!

Chris, yep someone ran in to my last car and wrote it off. I've got a temp E class Merc at the moment.. very posh but a bit flap cap for me!

So, no photos tonight but I've done a bit more. Fitted the red LED light and made / fitted the brackets for the arm rest tonight. Tomorrow I might do a bit of wiring on the door being the wing mirror and window.. Then I'll finish both doors over the weekend :-)  Still on track for a 2025 finish..  hehe

Well, I've done a bit more. Got my passenger door wired up now, the mirror is working and folding. I reconnected my power wire to the drivers door so all the door wiring is now near enough complete.

Tomorrow I'll fabricate a panel to cover up the mirror bolts and then Sunday I can spend finishing off both sides ready to fit my keyless entry start system next week!

no photos as you can't see much difference really, just a few less wires.

Did a little bit more yesterday which mainly revolved around manufactuing the mirror cover panel. I've completed this now and even covered it in vinyl. I also finished off some code for the controller for the mirrors. Tested this and it's working but I think it needs more current as they move quite slowly.

Today I want to get this cover stuck on and do a little more. I doubt I will have time to finish both doors but I will be close!!  :-)

As for 'The List' Mick.. Yep and how did you know I had one?
