Are the panels actually ready?  I've been waiting for months and getting all geared up for this but I was under the impression that the kit is not ready yet.

Hey guys,

Sorry to start this thread up again.
With Extreme 360's going for reasonable amounts of money, do you thing Extreme would sell the required upgrade parts if you wasnt the original builder?

I can just see this plan of attack being quicker to a 430 and more cost effective in the long run.

Regards

Kris

They may do, but you would have a lot of work fitting them, unless the kit hadnt been bonded on yet. You need to change the front wings, the front bumper, side sills, rear quarters, bootlid, rear bumper, mod the rear frame for the new shape rear quarters, lower diffuser and mirrors. Basically the only things that would stay would be the doors, bonnet and roof skin.

Partial change would be possible by swapping front wings and front bumper, but then you would have a strange looking hybrid. Rear bumper cannot be fitted without changing the rear wings.

So not worth it really!  ;D

Blimey !!!   :o

I hear ya Drew, you can probably tell I haven't built one yet.

There was me thinking that the hard work would have been done on the 360, but it would most likely be easier start from scratch on the 430.

Shame, it seemed like a good idea in my head. Then again, most of my ideas seem great in my head  ;D

Anyone heard yet if Extreme are making an appearance at the weekend ??? 430 or Not, would be good tosee the build quality on the Murci.
