Wheel Spacers
« on: June 24, 2008, 12:24:39 AM »
I can currently supply the spacers for extreme owners as the spacer machine shop is near me & I have organised a good price with them.

There are 2 options depending on the wheels you want

Single piece
These are only really suited to 4 stud wheels but can be made to swap from 4 to 5 stud if the spacer is thick enough. A stud needs to be locktighted into the 406 hub before they can be attached & is a weak point of the single piece design.

Two Piece
The first spacer is bolted to the 406 hub, the second spacer is hub centric and has studs threaded into it at the stud pattern and PCD of your wheel. The second part is made to the custom width to fit your particular wheel offset.
The spacer is designed so that each piece including the final wheel prevents the bolts in the previous piece from coming loose, then the studs in the final piece are threadlocked, cross drilled and pinned.

These are pics of the rear 2 piece spacer just positioned on my car.

I will get some better photos when the next set is made.

PM me if you want prices for your width/stud pattern, but they work out at around £390 plus P&P
