glass and black out paint question

What are you guys using to paint the bottom of the 406 windscreen on the 360. Also the rear quarter lights need painting too to hide the pillars although these are not glass, they are perspex.

I was going to buy some black fabric to put on the bottom of my windscreen and ive bought black window tint for the sides and rear

Go to the windscreen people and ask them for some window primer, it comes with a little sponge head to put it on, its in a tin about 3 inch big, bit like the old shoe whitener pots you got years ago to do you pumps at school , it looks a bit messy from the inside unless you spray it on but you cant see that side, it looks perfect  from the outside
