Title: Compact car starter?
Post by: CdRsKuLL on December 01, 2015, 08:27:31 PM
Well, after my dead battery episode I've decided to buy one of these little boost packs that also does lots of other things, well mostly charging :-)

Cost me £36 Inc postage from eBay. Not sure how good it will be but it says its 50800 capacity!

Anyone else got one?

Great for the money would be interested to hear if it does the job. Iv had a few of the gimmiky ones in the past and they all went straight back to the vendors after the first use after letting me down!

But at that price probably worth having even if its just to charge the odd phone and if it starts a car bonus!

Only one for me after trying several is the snap on jump pack. Not cheap but i use it most days (work with salvage cars) its great and has never let me down.

Nooo celicas aren't boring :-) my fav car of all time I've owned was my GT4 celica..  Had a blitz dump valve on it..  Woot!  Must be 15 years ago now mind. Loved that car, sold it for a Peugeot 306 gti 6.. Worst mistake ever.. Lol

Yeah maybe that was unfair, had a few gt4s in they are great but mostly buy and sell gen7 vvtli vvti models probably close to 500 over the last 5 years so well and truly bored of those but well within my comfort zone with them, the old ones like the ra28 are also very cool but near impossible to find!
