Looks like you've solved the 'too long issue' by cutting the wing mirror support out and using the audi one. The angles aren't perfect but like you said you've no choice. Once you've got it in place i would weld support back into the peugeot door where you've cut it out.

Almost ready side windows. Some pics:

Hi that's a good idea, I have the plastic windows and they fit fine but I would not hesitate to change them over to real glass using this method.

It is not finish yet. I will give more photos when I finish. Angle is not bad. I thing it is better like plastic windows but this is only my opinion. Now I try good seal window. I thing about welded back support from  peugeot or try to fit door cards from audi....?
Sorry for my English.

Hi,

Do you have any updates on this issue?? I am also looking to find ways to fit glass in my build... I am thinking of reengineering the entire A-pilars... Please see my thread on mandmechanics..

http://www.madmechanics.com/forum/technical-discussion-question/17432-moulding-360-pls-advise-me.html

I am also looking at the hyundai Coupe 2007 side glass....Has anyone tried that?? that looks pretty close too!

Cheers

Bussiness first mate!! I just bought an A3 window + inner door system to play arround with

I Think an Audi A5 window might fit nice to.. It has an angle at the back where the A3 is pretty straight...

I'll update on that soon aswell
