I did check the  knock sensor and it is pressed down (still might be faulty i suppose). Earth wires are conected (but this still might meen no earth).
No fuel coming from the tank, can't here the fuel pump priming!  will drill out the rivets and have a look tonight.

Keeping the rear seats for now so need to run the pipe under the car ( looks a good idear though). Think the inlet is on the drivers side ( shame you can get some in the middle)

Thanks

I tested the supply to the motor it was 9-10v at the motor-supply, and the sensor supply. battery was testing 13v . so i put the battery with cables direct to the pump but still no good.  i will test the resistance tonight and see if i can get it out to have a closer look. second hand ones are £25 to £40 and new ones are lots more depending on what you have...........can you just change the pump with out changing the sensor?

All earthed on the back...that was the first thing i check ;) i've had that catch me before .... well took the fuel pump out and the sensor, cleaned all the connections and it spun once and then stoped....

so took it all apart, i had nothing to lose...

Spun the moter impeller and tested with a 12v battery, it worked,  ;D

put it all back together, and tryed it, she leaped in to life, what a sound the V6 is  ;D

Hey Mags,

Sadly Extreme were taken to court and lost so they no longer trade. However, they are still able to sell a few bits so it might be worth getting in touch with them.. here is a copy of a recent post by Kevin............

Hi, i can still offer many parts and services including fake brake disc kits, H-gate kits, wheel spacers, window kits and various fiberglass parts. For any inquires please PM me

Many Thanks

Kev
