look's fab don't it...

Set of new 20" wheels and rubber costs £1500 - £2000 for same kind of wheels but they are only 225 wide  :o

On the F430 i think they are 285 on the rear and them wheels look wider..  ::)  ;D

Thanks,

Have you got any more photo's of your build, Hows it all going. hove not seen any updates lately..

I have not found any wheels that i think will suit the car, i do really like the ome wheels but if your going to spend £1500 to £2500 i feel you might as well have some non standard ones. i feel that the non standard wheels would make the car look like it has been pimped  ;D  :D

Had some time on the car today... :D

got the rear quarters lined up better with the boot/engine cover, got the boot catch fitted think i will use an  activater switch (or what ever it's called  :-[)

Packed out the bumper so it can be bolted in place..  :)

Just need to make a small bracket to pull in the side of the bumper to get it to stay in place.

It's all lining up very nicely now on the back  ;D  ;D  ;D

Heres some photo's  ;)  ;)

I also moved the two bars that you can see through the rear grill, I hope this will make it look a bit more OME.

Here's before....  :o

Worked on my car last weekend but have not had chance to post on here as have been working lots of hours at work, also worked all day saturday so didn't do anything to her this weekend  :'(

But last weekend i managed to make some brackets for the rear bumper... these can move the bumper in four ways,
in and out, up and down.

These work well because they hold the bumper flush with the rear quarter and you can use them to space the bumper off the rear quarters to get the perfect panel gap.... ;D

The Bent end with the hole is bolted to the bumper, (this will get bonded and glassed before the end)
the other end gets welded to the 406 body.

The left and right nut and bolt hold the bumper flush with the rear quarters, the holes are slotted in the bracket so you can adjusted the bumper in and out.

The middle one spaces the bumper off the rear quarter ( as you can see from the next photo's this middle bolt has three nuts on it this is so you can adjust the height of the bumper up or down.
