Thinking of selling Cerberus
« on: August 19, 2015, 08:55:14 PM »
Hi everybody. I hope all of you have been enjoying my build of Cerberus.
I have hit a massive brick wall. :(
On Sunday my Peugeot got broken into and had some tools nicked from the boot.
They smashed the drivers window.
Cerberus was also tampered with. The cover was half removed and one of the doors was left open and the fu** ers nicked my car battery.
I am still really really really  p***ed off.
As always nobody heard or saw a thing even with my security lights on with my peugeots alarm going mad.
Fortunatly my Peugeot has been repaired quickly on the insurance but I fear for the Lambo.
Now the cu*** know where it is I know they will be back with bigger eyes for parts.
I have put Cerberus in a safe location for a short time but I can't keep it there or work on it.
I had to get it moved by a low loader truck as its not road legal yet.
I'm not going to risk keeping it at my house any more. I know it's now marked. Also jinxed as parts have been nicked.
So I'm considering selling her. There's no point in me keeping it due to the risks of theft.
I am so pissed.
For those who might be interested in her I will be asking 20k as this is what I brought it for. I've spent 5k so far.
And all those new parts not fitted yet will go with it.
I haven't 100% made my mind up yet. But the future dosent look good.

Bastards .

Don't sell mate , remember it's your dream !! You will regret it ,,

Why not get some cameras fitted to to property and gates ??  I
They sound like opportunistic twats ,, prob won't be back , also go to a farm shop and get some electric fence and electrify ya car , that's easy done ;) and fry the C***s.  That's what I'd do :)

Hello mate,

Don't sell. I did a lambo countach project many years ago, and sold it due to lack of funds to finish...... Still regretting it.
I own a security company, so if you want a couple of free cameras let me know.

Cheers

Well I've calmed down now about having my cars broken into.
I'm still pissed tho.
Almost put it on eBay.
Not sure cameras are a suitable deterrent. Maybe a gun turret would be more appropriate.
I think that chavs and hoodies only understand one thing. Violence. So violence is what they get.

Die fu**ers.
Anyways I'm doing a deal with a neighbour across the road to stash the car in his garage until I sort out a better place to stash it. Once I've got it back on the road I can then drive it to a secure location when not in use.
