Drivers side seat belt relocated. This meant removing the O/S fuel tank to allow fabrication and fitment of an angled captive nut which is part of the guide for the seat belt.

Collision bar bolted and bonded to the passenger door. Door mirror mount fabricated and fitted to passenger door . I could not find the mirror mount I made ages ago for the drivers door so ended up making another.

Fitted a fuel return line to the tank. I am using O/E tanks , they do not have a return . The 360 has low pressure fuel feed 45PSI so does not need a return. After market system usually run at 65/70 PSI with a return.

Starter fitted and shown with a heat shield to protect the motor and the solenoid. The exhaust is now titanium heat wrapped. The header pipes were sprayed with molten aluminium prior the the heat wrap being fitted. All this is to combat retained engine bay heat in a mid engine installation. Made and fitted a throttle cable /throttle return spring mounted.

Silencer transaxle mount back from the powder coaters. Shot of the battery I was going to use, as fitted to the Boss hog Chevy V8 powered motor bike. However further research would dictate that it is does not have the CCA that GM recommend, it needs to in excess of 700 CCA. So that mandated a new battery mount to be fabricated in a different location. It is one I modified from a Porsche.

The more I thought about the position of the battery the more I disliked it. All that mass at the front corner of the car. So I determined to find a more suitable position. The battery on the O/E 360 is positioned in the passenger footwell, so who am I to argue with Enzo. Photos attached, I am on with making a cover in steel for the passenger to rest their feet on.

Hope you like my CAD battery. I still have some bugs to work out. Working on how to stop the acid melting the cardboard.
