Tekkigizmo's 360 build diary
« on: March 31, 2020, 11:44:37 AM »
After years of other stuff getting in the way and being in a garage with extremely restricted space I am now able to start my build. (In the old garage)

Will do, I've also got the van to do and an MR2 to respray but no customers so all of the work will be on these 3 vehicles.

Having a few problems with the rear frame. This may be my OCD kicking in but the angles are different and the rear of the frame is to narrow. I tried pulling in the rear wings but doing that meant the centre of the frame did not line up with the centre of the car. Plan B?

Plan B, remake the rear frame, so many cuts later! I now have two angle brackets that match.

Then install the cross brace after measuring 59 million times to make sure it's square to the car and in the centre.

How is this a thing? As per the build video the measurements are all correct for the roof but, It does not fit.
